Reolink Cloud service availability depends on your camera model and country/region. This article outlines how to check supported models, countries, and subscription plans, as well as compatibility with Reolink Home Hub and NVR.

How Storage Location is Determined

Before subscribing to Reolink Cloud plans, you will have to select a storage location for the Cloud recordings. Each storage location has its own applicable countries/regions and cloud plans. And the price of the Cloud plans may vary.
  • For logged-in users: The storage location corresponds to the country/region in your Reolink account settings. E.g., if you set the United States as your country/region, you will see the cloud plans for US users.
  • For guest users: The website will identify your country/region by your logging IP address. E.g., if your IP address is from the United States, you will see the cloud plans for US users.

Compatibility with Reolink Home Hub and NVR

For Reolink Home Hub users

Cameras added to Reolink Home Hub series do not support Cloud service.

For Reolink NVR users

Battery-powered cameras: If added to a Reolink NVR, Cloud service is not supported.

PoE & WiFi (plug-in) cameras: Cloud service can be used in two ways:

Note: The camera itself must support the Cloud feature in order to use it.

  1. Via HyBridge Mode (for NVRs that support it)

  2. Via direct router connection

    • Connect the camera to the router and set it up as a standalone device to subscribe to a Cloud plan.

    • If you still want the camera connected to the NVR, you can add it back to the NVR via LAN.

Tip: To add a standalone camera to the Reolink App, enter the camera’s UID or scan its QR code. If the camera is hard to access, you can also add it over the local network (LAN) and then enter its password.
