FAQ

  • Do I need a subscription to download recordings?

If you had a cloud subscription before, but it has expired, you can still download recordings as long as the recordings have not yet expired. However, uploading to the cloud requires an active subscription.

  • Why can’t I play back my recordings on the web?

Some Reolink cameras with clear resolution use H.265 video encoding. If your browser doesn’t support H.265, playback may fail or show a black screen with audio only. It is recommended to use the latest version of Chrome for playback. Alternatively, you can download the video and play it with a media player that supports H.265, or replay it directly in the Reolink App.

  • Can I download multiple recordings at once?

Yes. You could select multiple videos to download at once, both on the Reolink App and Web Browser.
