This article will show you how to unbind a Reolink camera from a cloud plan or from your Reolink Account.
Currently, Reolink Cloud is compatible with various Reolink camera models across different global regions (click Reolink Cloud Availability to learn more).
Note: Unbinding will not delete the recordings stored in the camera’s Library. Cloud recordings will be overwritten according to the video history settings you have configured.
Preparation
Before starting, make sure you are logged into your Reolink Account in the Reolink App: How to Log in to/Log out Reolink Account via Reolink App.
Method 1: Unbind the Camera from a Cloud Plan
- Open the Reolink App and go to Library > Plan.
- Select the plan you subscribed to.
- Find the camera you want to unbind.
- Tap the Unbind button in the top-right corner.
Note: Using this method will only unbind the camera from the cloud plan. The camera will still remain linked to your Reolink Account.
Method 2: Remove the Camera from Your Reolink Account
- Open the Reolink App and go to the Home screen.
- Select the camera you want to remove.
- Enter the camera’s Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete.
Note: This method will unbind the camera from your Reolink Account, stopping cloud service and smart home feature associated with it.
