Currently, both the Reolink App and Web Portal (Reolink Cloud web access) support downloading multiple videos at the same time.
Applies to: Cameras and countries/regions that support cloud recording.
Introduction
To optimize user backup efficiency, the latest version of Reolink App and official cloud web portal has rolled out the official bulk download function for cloud-stored surveillance videos, enabling users to use the batch download feature to save time instead of downloading videos one by one. This feature is available for all active Reolink Cloud subscription plans and covers motion-triggered cloud recordings saved on Reolink Cloud server within the valid retention period.
Part 1: Batch Download Cloud Videos via Reolink App
Step 1. Launch the Reolink app and tap Me to log in to your Reolink account that is linked to the Reolink cloud.
Step 2. Tap the library tab on the bottom navigation bar to enter Reolink Cloud library. Tap to Batch Download and Delete the recordings. You can Select all videos as needed as well.
For added convenience, you can view the video download progress in the Task List. You can Pause all or Clear all videos as needed.
Done! Downloaded videos will be saved to your phone's local storage (usually accessible via your local album or system file folder).
Part 2: Bulk Download Videos from Reolink Cloud Web Portal
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink account that is linked to the Reolink cloud via cloud.reolink.com.
Step 2. Click on My Cloud at the top of the page, followed by My Cloud Library.
Step 3. You will see all available cloud videos on this page. Click Select file(s) to Download or Delete, then choose multiple recordings to download at once. You can also Select all videos if needed. After selection, click Download in zip.
Step 4. The web system will pack selected videos into a compressed ZIP package automatically and start downloading to your computer’s preset local download folder. After the download completes, unzip the compressed file to get independent footage directly.

Useful Tips & Notes
- File Format: All downloaded cloud videos are saved in standard MP4 format, compatible with most media players on mobile phones, laptops and other devices.
- Storage Check: Confirm your phone or computer has enough free local storage before starting a bulk download to avoid an incomplete download caused by insufficient space.
- Valid Download Period: Only videos still reserved in the Reolink cloud within your subscribed plan’s storage period can be downloaded; expired cloud recordings will be auto-cleared and unavailable for backup.
- Network Suggestion: A stable Wi‑Fi or wired network is recommended for large-quantity batch downloads to prevent download failure due to unstable cellular network fluctuation.
- Batch Download Quantity Limit: Batch download may have a limit on the number of files. If you have a large number of videos, consider downloading in smaller batches, for example, less than 100 at a time.
