The storage time (or lifecycle) of cloud video refers to how long a video can remain stored in the cloud after it has been uploaded. You can customize the storage time for the videos uploaded to your Reolink Cloud Library. Scroll down for a step-by-step guide.

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting up Cloud Storage Time
You can set up Cloud Storage Time via the Reolink App or website. Choose one method based on your needs.
Method 1. Set up Cloud Storage Time via Reolink App
Step 1. Launch the Reolink app and tap Me to log in to your Reolink account that is linked to the Reolink Cloud.
Step 2. Tap Library > Plan > Devices > Storage Time and then select the desired storage time.
Method 2. Set up Cloud Storage Time on the Website
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink account that is linked to the Reolink cloud via cloud.reolink.com.
Step 2. Click on My Cloud at the top of the page, followed by My Devices, to select the device you want to set up.
Step 3. Under Storage History, click Modify to change the desired duration, and then click Save.
Important Notes
1. If a video has been stored in the cloud over the time you set, it will be deleted automatically. Therefore, please back up important videos in advance.
2. Reolink Cloud plans offer different Cloud Video History options depending on your country or region. When subscribing to a plan, you can choose your preferred Cloud Video History. The selected Cloud Video History determines the maximum cloud video retention period you can configure.
For example, if you subscribe to a plan with a 30-day Cloud Video History, you can set the cloud video retention period to an available value up to 30 days.
