If your E1 Pro/E1 Zoom can connect to 2.4GHz WiFi, but fails to connect to 5GHz WiFi, here are some possible causes for your reference.
Cause 1: The camera doesn't support WiFi channels
1. Here is WiFi channels of 5GHz WiFI that E1 Pro and E1 Zoom support.
2. If you have used the WiFi channel as the above, please kindly change another supported WiFi channels for a check.
Cause 2: The camera firmware is not the latest one or has bug
