A stable and compatible Wi-Fi network is essential for Reolink Wi-Fi cameras to function properly. Here is a table to show the Wi-Fi network requirements for all Reolink Wi-Fi cameras.

Models Supporting Different Wi-Fi Frequencies 2.4 GHz ONLY:

E1, E Series E320/321, 

RLC-211W, Lumus (Hw. IPC_325C7), 

Argus 2, Argus 2E, Argus 3, Argus 3 2K,

(Note: Do not support WEP encryption)
Wireless encryption varies by camera model. To verify the supported wireless encryption for your device, refer to the Wi-Fi section under Specifications on the corresponding product page on the
Reolink website, such as RLC-810WA Specifications.
SSID / PSD Requirements SSID: No more than 31 characters.

Password: 8–63 characters.
(Numbers, letters, spaces and special characters are supported.)
Router Configuration Requirements Disable AP Isolation / Client Isolation

Disable MAC Address Filtering / Allowlist Function
Supported Equipment Home wireless routers, Mobile hotspots without webpage sign-in, Wi-Fi extenders, and 4G/5G routers with standard Wi-Fi networks

If your router is configured according to the requirements above, you should be able to connect the camera to the router successfully.
