If your camera can connect to 2.4GHz WiFi but fails to connect to 5GHz WiFi,  here are two possible causes for your reference.

Applies to:  Reolink cameras with 5/2.4 GHz Dual-Band Wi-Fi supported

Cause 1: The camera doesn't support the WiFi channel your WiFi router uses.

1. Here are the WiFi channels the camera supports: What channels are supported in both the 2.4 GHz and 5GHz band in most countries? You may check out which channel your WiFi router uses on the router and see if it's one of the supported channels.

2. If you are already using one of the supported WiFi channels, please change to another supported WiFi channel for a check.

Cause 2: The camera firmware is not the latest one.

Please check the system information of your camera. You can follow this instruction to make sure you already have the latest firmware version for your camera: How to Find out System Information (Firmware Version) via Reolink Software.

If your camera already has the latest firmware but still fails, please submit a request with the system information to the Support for further help.
