Fix Blue Iris Setup Failed Issue
1. Check camera/NVR settings.

2. Update to the latest firmware version.

3. Verify configuration items.
- Correct IP address and port number: Make sure the IP address of the camera or NVR or Home HUb is correct and accessible from your network. And also verify that the correct port number is being used.
- Username and password: Some streams require authentication. Double-check that you’re entering the correct username and password in the stream URL.
