You can check the WiFi signal strength of your Reolink WiFi camera in the Reolink App. This helps you determine whether the camera has a strong enough WiFi connection for stable performance.

How to Check WiFi Signal Strength via Reolink App
Tap the signal bar to see the dBm value. Shows the WiFi signal strength in more detail. The value is negative, and a value closer to 0 indicates a stronger signal.
For example, -39 dBm is stronger than -65 dBm.
What Does the WiFi Signal Strength Mean?
If your camera frequently disconnects or the live view/playback is unstable, check the WiFi signal and consider improving the camera's WiFi environment.
If the WiFi Signal Is Weak
Try the following:
- Move the camera closer to the router or access point.
- Reduce walls and other obstacles between the camera and router.
- Keep the camera away from sources of wireless interference.
- Make sure the camera antennas are properly installed, if applicable.
- Consider using a WiFi extender if the camera is far from the router.
