The UID (Unique ID) is a 16-character alphanumeric code that uniquely identifies your Reolink device. Reolink UID codes typically begin with “9527” and consist of a combination of numbers and uppercase letters (e.g., 9527XXXXXXXXXXXX). Below, we will introduce several ways to locate the UID of your Reolink device.
Applies to: All Reolink devices (excluding cameras in NVR security kits and add-on cameras).
Please note: Cameras in NVR kits and add-on cameras do not have UID.
There are fine methods to find the UID number of your camera/NVR:

Most Reolink devices have a label with a QR code attached to their body. The UID number is printed directly below this QR code. This label usually contains other key product information, such as the model, power requirements, and S/N numbers.
In some cases, the UID may appear on a separate sticker, dedicated only to the QR code and UID number. Please check all labels on the back, bottom, or side of your device carefully to locate this information.
2. Find the UID on the Reolink App.
-
Method
Log in to your camera on the Reolink App on your cellphone and go to Device Settings. Tap Device Info or Share Camera and you can find the UID number.
Note: The camera that is added to the Reolink NVR can not check the UID in this way.
