Reolink Camera Not Showing on NVR
Symptoms:
Wi-Fi cameras can be accessed individually on the App/Client, but cannot be added to Reolink NVR. And these phenomena occur:

2. The camera is detected on the monitor IP channel list, but cannot be added, and offline/connection failed/video loss/low firmware version is displayed.
Troubleshooting:
1. Verify camera and NVR Compatibility.

- If your NVR version cannot support your camera, you can consider changing to a compatible camera or using the camera as a stand-alone camera.

3. For a configured camera, please confirm that the camera is not locked by illegal login and make sure the camera has a unique IP address.

Camera Detected but Shows "Incorrect Username or Password"
Symptoms:
Troubleshooting:
1. For a configured camera, please make sure the camera's username is "admin" and you use the correct camera's password.
2. Please try to use "admin" as a username, and leave the password blank to test.
