Description of phenomenon 1: synchronize local time failed (app and client).
Cause 1: app or client cannot connect to the camera temporarily.
Solution 1: Check if the camera is offline.

Description of the phenomenon 2: NTP failed (please note that this is only for the client).
Cause 2: Camera does not connect to the Internet.
Solution 2: Check if the camera is connected to the internet.
