If the Reolink App on your phone cannot receive push notifications of low battery, the solutions below may help you.

Cause 1: Push Setting Not Being Enabled in the App

Solution: Please go to Device Setting via App to check whether you have enabled Push Notification.

Cause 2: the Phone Doesn't Allow Notification for Reolink App

Solution: In iPhones and some of the Android Phones, you may also need to open the settings of the phone and enable the notification function for Reolink App.

Cause 3: (For Some Android Phones) Some Settings/Applications of the Phone Cutting the App’s Access to Google Cloud Messaging Service

Solution: Please check if the Reolink App is closed by the Battery Saver or the network of the Reolink App is disconnected by Battery Optimization. You may refer to

Cause 4: Network Not Being Good around the Camera

Solution: Move the camera to somewhere WiFi/network signal is stronger or change a WiFi/network for the camera.

 

Cause 5: Phone Not Receiving Notifications from the Server

Solution: Change the network for the phone or use another phone for a try.

Note:
  1. If you have enabled Push via App and allow Notification on the phone, you will receive the push notification of low battery for only once a day if you don’t reboot the camera.
  2. If you haven’t enabled Push via App and allow Notification on the phone, you will receive the push notification of low battery every time you open the app.
