2. You may also often hear the camera's reset notification sound. For cameras with voice prompts, if the camera announces "Connection to the Router Succeeded" and then repeatedly says "Please Run Reolink App, add the camera and set it up," or emits a "Ding Ding" reset sound, it is also a sign of configuration loss.
Troubleshooting Steps for Fixing Reolink Camera Reset Issue
1. If the camera remains connected, make sure the firmware is up-to-date.

2. Check if the camera's Reset button is stuck. If you can't find the Reset button, refer to How to Hard Reset Device by Pressing the Reset Button. Try holding down the camera’s Reset button to reset it and see if this resolves the issue.
