There are several possible causes for failing to power Reolink C Series cameras. You may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem.

Cause 1. Defective power supply

Solution: Please try another working power supply(5V 2A/1A)  and outlet to see if it works.



Cause 2. Defective camera hardware


  1. Please touch the outer shell of the camera o see if you can feel the heat.
  2. Please reset the camera to default factory settings
  3. Then please check whether the status light is on.
  4. If not, please cover the day/night sensor or place the camera in a dark environment to see whether the Infrared lights will turn on or whether you can hear a click sound
