How to Reset Reolink Keen, C1, C1 Pro, C2 and C2 Pro

Here we will guide you to quickly reset cameras like Reolink Keen, C1, C2, C1 Pro and C2 Pro in three steps.

Step 1. Insert a pin or needle into the reset hole.

Step 2. Press and hold for about 10 seconds, then release it.

Step 3. The camera will give reminders of reset.

• For Reolink Keen, it will sound the prompt “Factory reset succeeded”.
• For C1, C2, C1 Pro and C2 Pro, it will start to pan & tilt.

After reset, your camera will return to factory defaults. You will need to initially set up the camera.
