There are several possible causes for failing to power Reolink C Series cameras. You may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem.
Cause 1. Defective power supply
Solution: Please try another working power supply(5V 2A/1A) and outlet to see if it works.
Cause 2. Defective camera hardware
- Please touch the outer shell of the camera o see if you can feel the heat.
- Please reset the camera to default factory settings
- Then please check whether the status light is on.
- If not, please cover the day/night sensor or place the camera in a dark environment to see whether the Infrared lights will turn on or whether you can hear a click sound
