If your camera stops recording even the SD card still has the capacity, there are several possible causes for you to check:
Cause 1: If the SD card is almost full, please format it referring to this article:
Cause 2: The Motion detection or PIR settings are not set up properly.

For other cameras, please refer to this article to check the Camera Recording settings:
Cause 3: Abnormal function of motion detection or PIR sensor.
For other cameras, please enable push or email notifications and manually trigger the camera. If you can't receive push/email notifications nor see this blue person icon on the live stream page, please contact support for further help.
Cause 4: The SD card is not compatible or defective.
Please refer to the requirements below to choose the right SD card for Reolink cameras, otherwise, the recording function may not work properly.

|Read and Write Speed||Class 10 or higher|
