Applies to: All POE cameras, wifi cameras, except the battery powered cameras,E1, Reolink  Lumus,B400,B800,D400,D800 which comes with NVR kit

Problem phenomenon: failed  to connect, no image display

Cause: network error, wrong URL


1. Make sure the camera IP address, port, username, password are correct, please refer to the link here to confirm the URL is correct. 

2. If failed to remote access the camera, please check UPNP is enable as the picture below, make sure RTMP/RTSP port forwarding successfully in router. 

3. Clean the web browser cache and change another web browser to have a try.
