Applies to: All Reolink cameras except for battery-powered cameras.

If the camera can’t focus after the firmware upgrade, please refers to the steps below to check.

Cause 1: Upgrade the wrong firmware for the camera.

Solution:

The firmware files are categorized by different hardware versions in the firmware center:

Please go to Firmware Center and find the correct firmware.

Cause 2: The new firmware doesn't work properly. 

Solution: 

Please hard reset the cameras to make sure the new firmware works properly.
