FTP Test Succeeded, But the Picture/Video Cannot be Uploaded

Applies to: All IPC except the battery-powered cameras and E1, E1 pro, Reolink Lumus

Description of the phenomenon: FTP cannot upload files; the test is succeeded, but there are still no files.

Cause 1: FTP settings are incorrect.

Solution: Check the FTP upload schedule, make sure that the schedule setting is correct, and is enabled.

Cause 2: Poor network.

Solutions: 

• Upload the pictures or sub-stream video to check if the problem is caused by poor network;
• Test it with LAN FTP

Cause 3: software bug.

Solution: check the firmware to make sure the firmware is up to date.
