You can follow the steps below to check if you have a Cloud account.
Launch the Reolink App on your phone and log in to the camera. Tap Cloud > Cloud Storage.
If the Cloud page likes the below picture, it means that you already have a Cloud account.
If it automatically turns to a Log In page, which means you don't have a cloud account yet and you can create your Cloud account via Reolink App.
