Storage time (or lifecycle) of the video refers to how long a video uploaded to the cloud can remain in the cloud. You can customize the storage time for the videos uploaded to your Reolink Cloud Library. Please scroll down for a step-by-step guide.
Currently, Reolink Cloud is compatible with various Reolink camera models across different global regions (click Reolink Cloud Availability to learn more).
Different Reolink Cloud plans offer different lengths of storage time for you:

You can set up Cloud storage time on the Website or via the Reolink App. Here are guides respectively with all the steps you could follow.
Method 1. Set up Cloud Storage Time on the Website
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink account on reolink.com and go to My Cloud. Also, you can log in via cloud.reolink.com.
Step 2. Go to My Cloud Library > My Devices.
Step 3. Slide the gray bar to the right to find the edit button and click it. You will get the drop-down menu of storage times: 1 day(s), 3 day(s), and 7 day(s). Select the time you prefer and click Save.
Done! You've successfully changed the cloud storage time for your device.
Method 2. Set up Cloud Storage Time via the Reolink App
Step 1. Launch the Reolink App and go to Cloud > Cloud Storage. If you haven't logged in to your Reolink account, you need to log in first.
Step 2. Tap the plan you are using now. Then tap the device under this plan.
For example, the below picture shows you are going to change the cloud storage time for Argus Eco under the Basic Plan.
Step 3. Tap Storage Time. You can tick different cloud storage time now.
Note: If a video has been stored in the cloud over the time you set, it will be deleted automatically. Therefore, please back up important videos in advance.
