On Reolink App

Step 1. Launch Reolink App, log in to your camera, and go to Device Settings > Sounds.

Step 2. Drag the slider to adjust the alarm and speaker volume according to your needs. You can tap Sound Test to test the sound.

On Reolink Client

Please connect the camera to Reolink Client and then choose Device Settings > Device > Sounds > Volume to adjust it. You can tap Sound Test to test the sound.

On a Web Browser

Please note that this operation only applies to cameras/NVRs that can be accessed by web browsers.

Step 1. Input the IP Address of your camera on a web browser and log in to your camera.

Note: Make sure your PC is connected to the same router as your camera. See how to find the IP address of your camera.

Step 2. Click the Device Settings gear icon on the top right corner.

Step 3. Go to Camera > Audio > Volume. Drag the slider to turn up/down the volume of the alarm siren and the speaker. You can tap Volume Test to test the sound.

On the NVR (New UI)

Please note that this operation could only be done on RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36 and RLN12W.

Step 1. Log in to your camera on the NVR monitor and enter the live-view page. Click the Settings icon on the screen.

Step 2. Go to Camera > Audio > Volume. Drag the slider to turn up/down the volume of the alarm siren and the speaker. You can tap Volume Test to test the sound.
