  • How to set up my WiFi camera the first time I use it?

    For the initial setup, you need to connect the camera to the router port using the network port, then scan the QR code on the camera using Reolink App to set up the password/device name for the camera.   • Can this camera work with Google Assistant?

  • How to get a stronger WiFi signal?

    If the WiFi signal is weak or unstable, here are some tips for your reference:
    Solution 1. Reposition the router, making sure that it is not covered by other objects and that there are as few obstacles as possible between it and the camera.
    Solution 2. Change the router's WiFi channel to avoid interference from other WiFi networks.
    Solution 3. Update your camera's firmware.
    Solution 4. Adjust the antennas of your camera: one vertically points upwards and one horizontally towards the front. 
    Solution 5. Use a WiFi repeater to strengthen the weak signal.

  • Does my camera support auto-tracking?

  • Can I use power extension cables to connect the camera?

    Yes. The length of the camera cable and power cable is 40cm and 1.4m respectively and if the socket is out of reach of the wired camera, you can use a power extension cable. A 4.5m extension cable is included in the scope of delivery. If that's not enough, you can buy one from Reolink official online store.

  • Can I use this camera with Blue Iris?

  • Can this camera support the Reolink Cloud storage service?

    At present, you can save clips to a micro SD card (up to 256GB) or FTP server. Or connect this camera to Reolink NVR to have 24/7continuous recordings.
