Status LED is a built-in light near the lens that indicates if your security camera is connected to a stable network. If you want to turn it on/off on the Reolink software, please refer to the below steps.

Applies to: Reolink battery-powered WiFi cameras (except Argus 4 Series), Go PT S Lite, Lumus Series, E1 Series, Elite Series, TrackFlex Series.

Note: The interface display may vary slightly across different models, but the Status LED/Indicator light function can be found under Settings > Light.

  • Via Reolink App

    Step 1. Log in to your camera and go to Camera Settings > Light page.

    Step 2. Tap Status LED. You can choose to enable or close Status LED.

  • Via Reolink Client

    Step 1. Log into your camera and click the camera's Settings icon.

    Step 2. Click Device > Light, and then you can enable/disable the Status LED now.

  • Via Reolink Web browser

    Note: Battery-powered cameras and Home Hub series do not support configuration through the web browser.

    Step 1. Access your device via web browser.

    Step 2. In the main interface, go to the right sidebar, and navigate to Advanced Settings > Status LED. Click the drop-down to turn the status light for the camera On or Off.

    Alternatively, you can click the Settings button in the top-right corner. Then go to Device > Light > Status LED. Toggle the button to enable (blue) or disable (gray) the status light for the camera.

  • Via Reolink NVR (With Monitor Connected)

    Preparation: Connect a TV/Monitor to the NVR via HDMI/VGA cable.

    In the Settings bar, go to Settings > Camera, select the camera you want to configure, then go to Light and toggle the Indicator light.

    Note: The position of the Settings bar may vary depending on the NVR version. It could be located at the top or bottom of the interface, so please refer to the actual layout of your NVR interface.
