Reolink camera is not showing up on the smart home page of the Reolink App.

Troubleshooting Camera Is Not Displayed in the Smart Home Page of the Reolink App

1. Please reconfirm whether your camera supports smart home features. Note that if the camera is added to the NVR, the smart home feature will not be available, as the NVR does not support smart home functionality.

2. Upgrade camera firmware. If a compatible camera model cannot be found on the smart home page on Reolink App, visit Download Center – Reolink to download the latest firmware and manually upgrade it following the instructions provided in Reolink Firmware Update Guide.
