Setting up email alerts allows you to receive real-time updates on any motion detected. This article will help you in enabling e-mail settings for your Reolink cameras so that you can set up a schedule for email alerts under different circumstances.
Applies to: All Reolink cameras and NVRs
Important Notes for E-mail Settings:
1. The email alert headlines for each camera model may vary slightly and are set by default, with no option for customization.
2. Outlook and Hotmail discontinued the App Password feature, which may explain the sudden failure of email alerts if you previously used one. It is recommended to switch to a different email address as the sender to continue receiving alerts.
