If you fail to save email address information when you sent up email alerts, here are some suggestions for you.

  • If it shows an Invalid email format, please check whether there is a blank in front of or behind your email address and delete it. 
  • If you copy the email address to the email setting but it shows an Invalid email format, please kindly delete the email address and enter it manually for a check. 
  • Please also try to change another different email address to have a check.
