Applies to: Reolink NVRs and cameras (Reolink battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, and Reolink E1 Pro excluded ).
If the video is not displayed in the Live View page when you use the web browser to access Reolink cameras/NVRs, you may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problems.
Cause 1. Plugin issue
Solution: Check the flash plugin in the web browser (Reolink NVRs only support the IE browser) you used. It requires the flash plugin to display the video stream.
Cause 2. You might not run Reolink Client as administrator
Solution: Run Reolink Client via the web browser as administrator referring to Run Reolink Client/Browser as Administrator.
Cause 3. Poor network connection
Solution: Check the network connection between the camera/NVR and the PC. If the network connection is not stable and smooth, the stream may not show on the browser.
