Applies to: All Reolink WiFi cameras.
When you are completing the wifi settings for the camera, click the scan, the error message pop-up "Scan failed" :
Here is the suggestion for you:
- If your current firmware is an old version, please upgrade to the latest version and clear all the setup on the camera to check.
- If it is already the latest version, please power it off and reset it to check.
If all above still doesn't work, please submit a request to the support team and we'd help you to solve it.
