All Reolink cameras.
Sometimes, you will find that the IR lights do not work anymore or the night vision does not work, please kindly refer to below instructions:
Step 1. Power the camera on and cover the daylight sensor for more than 10s, check if the IR LEDs turn on.
If not, go to the next step.
Step 2. Go to the device settings of your camera, check whether you have enabled this Infrared Lights and set the Auto mode to active the IR lights.
*Note: Infrared Lights settings is only for the models released after 2018.
Step 3. Resetting the camera and reconfigure it again.
For how to reset the camera, please refer to Reset Reolink Cameras.
Step 4. Upgrade the firmware of your camera, then restore it to factory settings.
Check the firmware information of your camera, usually, we will publish the latest version of the camera at https://reolink.com/firmware/.
If it is not the latest one, please kindly upgrade it to the last one, and then check the IR lights.
Step 5. If you have done all the 4 steps and still could not fix this issue, please kindly contact our Support Team.
If possible, you could screenshot or take a video of what you have done to help our Support team understand you better.
Besides, if possible, you might also provide the UID and password of admin to them, they will check it remotely for you.
