There are several possible causes for the IR LEDs to stop working. You may then follow the steps below for a simple troubleshoot.
Cause 1. Incorrect IR lights settings
Solution: Go to Device Settings and check whether you have enabled Infrared Lights and set the Auto mode to active the IR lights. You may also directly reset your device to factory settings.
Note: Infrared Lights settings is only for the models released after 2018.
Cause 2. The firmware of your device is out-dated.
