Symptoms for Reolink Cameras Autofocus Not Working

The image is blurry and Reolink cameras are out of focus, which means the Reolink disabled autofocus.   Note: The camera will not focus automatically during PT. The camera will focus only during Zoom. Therefore, during PT, including returning to the guard position/preset point, if it only involves PT and Zoom, it is normal for the camera image to be blurry, so please focus manually.

Troubleshooting Steps for Reolink Cameras Autofocus Not Working

2. Power off and restart the camera.

3. Restore/Reset the camera. How to Reset Reolink Devices

4. For the 823A 16X camera, there is a Night Mode Enhancement setting. If you encounter this camera losing focus when switching between day and night, please turn on Night Mode Enhancement to see if it improves.
