If you want a copy of the personal data Reolink has collected for your account, you can request a data export from the Reolink App or Reolink Cloud website. The exported file will be sent to your registered email. Read through the steps and the data overview below before submitting your request.
Step-by-Step Guide

Via Reolink App
Step 1. Launch the Reolink app and log in to your Reolink account. Then tap your account to access the Account Info page.
Step 2. Tap Change Password > Security to access the Security page.
Step 3. Scroll down to find Manage Your Data and then tap Check to access available data management options.
Step 4. Tap Request Data and then Send Code to receive a verification code by email. Enter the code to verify your identity.
Step 5. After verification, tap Confirm Request and OK. Then, your request to download your personal data is being processed. Within 30 days, you will receive an email containing your personal data.
Step 6. After the waiting period, once you receive the email, tap Download to download your personal data before the download link expires.
Step 7. Your personal data is sent to your Email. Go to the Email logged into the Reolink Account to download your data.
Note: The download link is valid for a limited time; if it expires before you download the file, simply repeat the steps above to submit a new request.Done! Personal data is downloaded to your phone. You could find the data in these Excel files.
Via Reolink Web browser
Step 1. Log in to your Reolink account at Log Page. And then click Account Details after accessing the My Account page.
Step 2. Click Security to access the Security page. Scroll down to find Manage Your Data and then click Check to access available data management options.
Step 3. Click Request Data and then Send Code to receive a verification code by email. Enter the code to verify your identity.
Step 4. After verification, click Confirm Request and OK. Then, your request to download your personal data is being processed. Within 30 days, you will receive an email containing your personal data.

What's Included in the Export
The downloaded file is packaged as a ZIP archive containing CSV files. After extracting it, you will find the following files, each covering a different category of your account data.

Note:
1. CSV files can be opened with any spreadsheet application (such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers) or a plain text editor.
2. Cloud recordings (video footage) are not included in the personal data export. To download your Cloud recordings, refer to How to Play Back and Download Reolink Cloud Recordings.
3. The exported file contains sensitive personal information. Store it securely and avoid sharing it with unauthorised parties.
Use the Manage Your Data page whenever you need to download your personal data. If you intend to delete your account, downloading your personal data in advance can help you keep a copy for future use.
