Step 1. Log in to your device on the Reolink App. Tap the icon >
icon to access the settings page.
Step 2. Tap Wi-Fi to manage wireless network. Here you will find toggles for both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi bands.
Step 3. Disable Wi-Fi
- To disable a specific band, simply toggle off the switch corresponding to either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency.
- To completely disable Wi-Fi, ensure that both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz switches are turned off.
After following these steps, the Wi-Fi on your Reolink Home Hub will be successfully disabled. This change will immediately affect all devices connected to the Home Hub's Wi-Fi network.
