Model Compatibility Overview

Note: In this article, Home Hub Series refers to Home Hub, Home Hub Pro, and Home Hub Mini. All third-party cameras and Reolink refurbished models are not compatible with the Home Hub Series.

1. Reolink Plug-in Wi-Fi Cameras + PoE Cameras Compatibility

All Plug-in Wi-Fi and PoE cameras with a UID starting with 9527 are compatible with the Reolink Home Hub Series, including all models currently available for sale through the Reolink official website, except the following:

• Reolink Lumus (hardware version IPC_325C7)
• Reolink E1 Zoom (hardware version IPC_515SD6)
• Add-on camera (without UID)
   

2. Battery-Powered Cameras Compatibility

Most battery-powered Wi-Fi cameras support the Home Hub Series, including both the models listed in the table below and those currently available for sale. However, 4G cameras are Not Supported. Ensure your model is listed as compatible and has the necessary firmware updates installed. Refer to the compatibility chart below for more details. Note: 'Released, upgradable' refers to devices for which Home Hub compatibility firmware has been released. Upgrade the camera to the latest firmware before adding it to the Home Hub. And then you could manage the camera on Home Hub (Series). Refer to How to Upgrade the Battery-powered Cameras for firmware upgrade instructions.
 

3. Reolink Chime

Reolink Chime V2 is Factory-Supported with Home Hub Series, but Reolink Chime V1 is Not supported. If you want to add Reolink Chime to the Home Hub Series, refer to ntroduction to Smart Linking on Reolink Home Hub Series.
