Applies to: RLN8-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01/N7MB01), RLN16-410 (hardware version H3MB18/N6MB01), RLN36 and RLN12W.

You may follow the steps below to remotely access Reolink products via DDNS.

Step 1. Right-click the live-view page and click the Settings icon at the bottom right corner to enter the menu.

Step 2. Go to the Network > Advanced page and click the DDNS Settings.

Step 3. Enable DDNS and choose No-IP or DynDNS as the DDNS Server type. Then input the Domain name, User Name, and Password, and click Apply to save the settings.

Note:
  1. We supported both DDNS Server Type: No-IP and DynDNS.
  2. Check the Media port of your Reolink device and forward the Media port on the router interface. If you meet the problem when you forward the port for your product on the router, you can contact the router supplier for further assistance.
