For security and management purposes, Reolink allows administrators to view the current online users of their devices. This article will guide you through the process of checking online users via the Reolink App, Reolink Client, and web browser.
Applies to: All Reolink cameras, NVRs and Home Hub series.
Different devices support different methods for viewing online users, which can be categorized based on whether the device uses Advanced Sharing Feature or User Management to create users.

1. Only administrator accounts can view online user information. Refer to Introduction to Admin Account and User Account for details on account roles.

Via Reolink App
Applies to: 1. Devices with Advanced Sharing Feature
Step 1. Launch the Reolink App and log in to the Reolink device with the administrator account. Tap Device's Settings > Share Device.
Note: For Reolink Home Hub Series users, go to the Hub's settings to find Share Device, not the camera's settings.
Step 2. In the Share Device interface, you can:
- View the list of shared users.
- Check the expiration date of the shared access.
- See the connection status of each user: disconnected -gray, online - blue.
Click on a user to edit permissions or tap the minus icon in the top-right corner to remove the user.
Applies to: 2. Device with User Management Feature
Step 1. Open Reolink App and log in to your camera or NVR using the administrator account. Go to Device's Settings > Advanced.
Step 2. Tap User Management, here you can
- View the list of shared users.
- See the connection status of each user: disconnected - gray, online - green.
- Find the current IP address of the device accessing the Reolink device.
As an administrator, you can delete unwanted user accounts or change user passwords to manage access to the device more securely.

Via Reolink Client
Applies to: 1. Devices with Advanced Sharing Feature
Launch Reolink Client and log in to the device with the administrator account. Navigate to Settings > System > Share Device. Here you can:
- View the list of shared users.
- Check the expiration date of the shared access.
- See the connection status of each user: disconnected - gray, online - blue.
Click on a user to edit permissions or cancel sharing to revoke access.
Applies to: 2. Device with User Management Feature
Launch Reolink Client and log in to your camera or NVR using the administrator account. Go to Settings > System > User Management page. Here you can
- View the list of shared users.
- See the connection status of each user: disconnected - gray, online - blue.
- Find the current IP address of the device accessing the Reolink device.

Via Reolink Web browser
Applies to: All Reolink NVRs and IP cameras except for all Reolink battery-powered cameras, Reolink E1, Reolink E1 Pro, B400, D400, B500, D500, B800, D800, B1200, D1200 and Reolink Lumus.
Log in to your camera or NVR using the administrator account via a web browser. Navigate to Device Settings > System > User Management. Here you can
- View the list of shared users.
- See the connection status of each user: disconnected - gray, online - blue.
- Find the current IP address of the device accessing the Reolink device.
Administrator users can manage access by removing unwanted accounts or updating passwords from this page.
