If you totally fail to access Reolink Go or Reolink Go PT, or the camera shows offline on the app, please follow the following step for troubleshooting.
Cause 1. No Data or Expired SIM Card
Solution: Put the SIM card on the phone or contact the operator to check if the SIM card can connect to the network.
Cause 2. SIM Card does Not Support Reolink Cameras
Solution: Change to another SIM card. Please click here for reference.
Cause 3. Battery is Exhausted
Solution: Charge the camera with an adapter or click here to check the solar panel charging.
Cause 4. Hardware Malfunction
Solution: Please contact the Reolink support for further help.
