If you fail to upgrade the camera’s firmware online( refer to, Upgrade Battery-powered Cameras Manually), the solutions below may help you.
Cause 1: Unstable Network Connection
Solution: You may check if you can access the camera by WAN. You may use 4G mobile data to see if you can preview a clear mode Liveview.
Cause 2: Reboot Due to Abnormal Operation
Solution: You may observe whether the Status LED of the camera will flash red and blue lights alternately. If so, please refer to Battery-Powered Cameras Auto Reboot Itself
