Applies to: Argus PT, Reolink Keen, Reolink Go PT, RLC-423, RLC-423W, RLC-423WS, RLC-423S, C1, C2, C1 Pro, C2 Pro, E1, E1 Pro, E1 Zoom.
If you find the camera doesn't make any reponse when you try to use PT function, you may follow the steps to make troubleshooting.
Cause 1: Poor network
Please check whether you can make live view smoothly and it is not frozen. If the live view is frozen, it must be network problem that causes PT function failure, please kindly check network connection, you can refer to the link, Freezing Image
Cause 2: Software bugs
If the live view is normal, please swap to log into the camera via other softwares, Reolink App/Client, for a check.
Cause 3: Hardware issues
If the camera can not pan and tilt via both Reolink App/Client, please rotate the camera manually to make pan and tilt for a check. If you fail to rotate the camera manually, it might be hardware issues.
Cause 4: Firmware bugs
If you can rotate the camera manually to make pan and tilt, it might be camera firmware issue, then please kindly submit a request with the system information to the support for further help, https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
