Phenomenon: Cannot download after clicking the video; fail to download the video during the download process

Fail to Download on Reolink APP

Cause 1: The Network is Unstable

Solution 1:

  • Check if you can playback the recording, if no, please troubleshoot with "Fail to Playback".

Failed to Playback the Recordings on NVR HDD

Fail to Playback the Recordings in SD Card

  • If you can playback but cannot download, you can try to
  1. Download in LAN (local area network).
  2. Download in Fluent mode. (You can playback in Fluent mode and then download How to Playback Recordings Smoothly in Fluent Mode)

 

Cause 2: Problem Related to the Software

Solution 2: Try to download on the PC. 

Playback/Download Recordings via Reolink Client (New Client)

 

Fail to Download on Reolink Client
