There are several possible causes for failing to power Reolink RLC Series WiFi cameras. You may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem.
Cause 1. Defective Power Supply
Solution: Please use another working power supply (12V 1A/2A) and outlet to check whether it works.
Cause 2. Defective camera hardware
- Please touch the outer shell of the camera to see if you can feel the heat.
- If not, please reset the camera to default factory settings.
- Then cover the day/night sensor or place the camera in a dark environment to see whether the Infrared lights will turn on or whether you can hear a click sound.
