Apply to: Argus series, E1 series cameras and Reolink Lumus

If you keep hearing "Factory reset succeeded. Please release the reset button", but you do not press the reset button, please refer to the following causes:

 

Cause 1. The Reset Button is Stuck

Solution: Insert the reset needle into the reset hole and manually press the reset button several times.

 

Cause 2. The Reset Button is Broken

Solution: Contact the Reolink support for further help.
