Problem description: The product is hot after working for a period of time.

Cause 1: Poor heat dissipation and ventilation in the product installation environment. 

Solution: Move the product to a well-ventilated environment.

Cause 2: The camera is at night mode and the IR LEDs are on all the time.

Solution: Turn off the IR LEDs to check whether it improves.

Cause 3: The fan of NVR stops working.

Solution: Check if the fans of NVR is working or not, then please contact support.
