Problem description: There is noise in the camera's live view or playback.

Cause 1: The audio output device (headphones, speakers) issue

Solution: Check if they could transfer the audio output normally.

Cause 1: The camera is installed in a noisy environment

Solution: Place the product to a quiet place.

Cause 3: The phone and camera have compatibility issues.

Solution: Try to watch live view or playback on another phone or computer.

Cause 4: The product does not run well

Solution: Reset the camera. Refer to How to Reset Reolink Cameras.
