Check if the green screen exists in playback, if yes, you can refer to the link at first, 

Recordings are Frozen or Show Broken/Green images in Playback


If there is no problem with the playback, please follow these steps:

Cause 1: The File is Damaged When Downloading

Solution 1:

Download the video in the Fluent mode. Refer to, 

Download a shorter video.

Cause 2: Player Not Supported

Solution 2:

Use another player.

If possible, you can use another mobile phone/computer to have a check.
