There are several possible causes for failing to power the Reolink Lumus camera. You may follow the troubleshooting tips listed below to solve the problem.

Cause 1. Defective power supply

Solution: Please use the original adapter and change another outlet to see if it works.

Cause 2. Defective camera hardware

Solution:

  1. Please reset the camera to default factory settings.
  2. Then please check whether there is a voice prompt or whether the status LED is on (marked ①).
  3. If not, please cover the day/night sensor (marked ④) or place the camera in a dark environment to see whether the Infrared lights will turn on or whether you can hear a click sound.
